This year’s AFL Grand Final on Saturday, 30 September saw the Crows and the Tigers battle it out for the Premiership title. It was a nail-biting game to watch, but the Tigers broke ahead from the Crows in the second half of the match to win 16.12 (108) to 8.12 (60).
It was a sold-out match at the MCG, but those who missed out on tickets poured into Fed Square to watch all the action unfold on the big screens. The Square was packed with footy fans decked out in Tigers and Crows team colours who made atmosphere electric with audible cheers and boos that echoed out across the city. It’s an event Fed Square looks forward to every year as we love to share in the Grand Final fever with Melbourne.
